• This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions

• You may not use the materials for any commercial purpose without written consent
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website

3. User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to ProjectKit. We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

5. Billing and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.

• Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProjectKit be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
